Protest w Gdańsku rozpoczął się ok. godziny 18. Część ludzi była z ONR, główne właśnie oni przemawiali do manifestujących, na chwilę pojawił się też Janusz Korwin-Mikke. Manifestacja pod Urzędem Wojewódzkim trwała do około godziny 19, kiedy to manifestujący ruszyli kolejno ulicami Okopową, Wałami Jaggielońskimi, Błędnikiem, Aleją Zwycięstwa, aż na przystanek SKM Politechnika. Manifestujących cały czas eskortowała policja wyposażona w pałki, ale też w broń pneumatyczną oraz gaz łzawiący, na szczęście żaden z tych środków nie musiał zostać użyty. Na przystanku SKM kilkadziesiąt osób wsiadło do SKM-ki, jadącej w stronę Sopotu, a wraz z nimi około trzedziestu funkcjonariuszy, natomiast kilkadziesiąt pozostałych manifestujących pozostało na peronie i chwilę po odjeździe SKM-ki się rozeszło. Pozostali protestujący maszerowało dalej idąc aż do Galerii Bałtyckiej. Manifestacja zakończyła się ok. godziny 20. Na początku marszu było ponad dwa tysiące protestujących.

Dwie protestujące kobiety mają usta zakneblowane taśmą jako symbol ograniczenia wolności przez ACTA.
Policjant z gazem łzawiącym. Byli też policjanci wyposażeni w broń pneumatyczną, na szczęście nie było potrzeby użycia tego wyposażenia.
