4 listopada wybraliśmy się na teren budowy nowego budynku: Centrum Nanotechnologii B, znajdującego się na terenie kampusu PG przy ul. Siedlickiej. Autorem koncepcji jest pracownia FORT, wykonawcą zaś – Mirbud S.A.
Wewnątrz znajdą się: audytorium dla 120 osób, pomieszczenia dydaktyczne, 11 laboratoriów, pokoje do preparatyki, pomieszczenia dla wykładowców i doktorantów, magazyny i podziemny garaż. Przewidywany termin ukończenia budowy to czerwiec 2015.

…a wewnątrz stropy jest podtrzymywane przez las szalowania.
Na dach można się dostać po drabinie…
… skąd roztacza się piękny widok na cały kampus PG.
Sam zaś dach wygląda tak – chodzenie po cienkich, stalowych prętach zbrojenia (które później zostanie zalane betonem) nie należy do najłatwiejszych.
A tymczasem po drugiej stronie, na poziomie -1 – dźwig z nietypowej perspektywy.
