Nicht mal ein reinrassiger Actionfilm. Insofern muss man sehen, wie dieser zwiespältig gemachte Film überlebt. Mit einem Elektroschock in 2 Minuten auszukurieren; blutige Wunden werden nur abgewaschen – fertig, nix mehr zu sehen. Pfüi Teufel – kein Witz, keine flotten Sprüche, keine technischen Gags, keine großen Schauspieler in den weiteren Besetzungen zu sehen, wie bei den anderen, früheren 007-Filmen.
