I might also like to say that there might be situation where you will make application for a loan and don’t need a cosigner such as a U.S. Student Support Loan. But when you are getting credit through a conventional banker then you need to be ready to have a cosigner ready to allow you to. The lenders can base any decision on the few factors but the most important will be your credit rating. There are some lenders that will also look at your work history and come to a decision based on that but in most cases it will be based on on your ranking.
